Exhibit at our Events
We invite you to exhibit at the 29th Annual Meeting of the Northeast Conference for Teachers of Psychology (NECTOP) and/or the 63nd Annual Meeting of the New England Psychological Association (NEPA) or to purchase advertisement space in the programs for these meetings, both at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. NECTOP is scheduled for Friday, October 20, 2023, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and approximately 100 high school and college teachers of psychology typically attend. NEPA will begin on Saturday, October 21, 2023 (8:30 am to 4:00 pm) and approximately 600 professional psychologists, professors of psychology, and undergraduate and graduate psychology students typically attend.
The price of a single table on Friday for NECTOP is $100.00, on Saturday for NEPA it is $150.00, for both Friday and Saturday it is $200.00. We understand that, in a few cases, it will be necessary for an exhibitor to reserve two tables (the number of tables available to us is limited.) Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their exhibits. The college has a policy of not assuming any liability for lost or damaged materials. NEPA also cannot assume such liability. We are inviting a limited number of exhibitors and tables will be filled on a first come, first served basis. The price of a single page ad on Friday for NECTOP is $75.00, on Saturday for NEPA it is $100.00 and $150.00 for ad space for Friday and Saturday. Exhibitors are responsible for the content of their ad. The college has a policy of not assuming any liability and NEPA also cannot assume such liability. We are inviting a limited number of exhibitors to purchase ad space and they will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Typically, each exhibitor can reserve one table, in a few instances we understand that an exhibitor may need a second table. Please note that the total number of tables is limited based on the university space.
Exhibitors are responsible for the shipment of their materials to and from the annual meeting. Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their exhibits. Neither NECTOP/NEPA nor the host university assumes any liability for lost or damaged materials. Exhibitors will be filed on a first-come, first-serve basis and based on the order of payments received.
