The graph demonstrates that female anxiety rates were steeper and more dramatic than the male anxiety rates. Do you have any idea why this is?
Hi! So sorry for the late reply, but it was our hypothesis that females would show higher anxiety rates than males based on past research in the typically developing population. However, this was not supported by our statistical analyses. Although there is a difference in levels of anxiety in the figure, the difference was not statistically significant.
