Very interesting and timely study! I was surprised that those without disabilities fared worse and that some students with disabilities did better after the switch to remote teaching!
Thanks for your comment. We were really surprised too, since often it’s the students who struggle more who get “hit” the hardest by crises/challenges. Maybe the students with disabilities already had supports in place, and those supports helped them be more successful.

Thanks for asking! We reached out to principals of each district and asked them to send the recruitment email/link to the survey to parents.
